How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that furniture must be unassembled to be eligible for a refund, and custom orders are final sale.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within Canada and the continental United States. We are working on expanding our reach to bring our modern designs to more countries soon.

Can I pick up my online order in-store?

Yes, we offer a free 'Click & Collect' service. Simply select your nearest Bouclair boutique at checkout, and we will notify you when your items are ready for pickup, usually within 2 to 4 hours.
