  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unassembled, and accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip.

  Choose Your Method

  Return smaller items to any Bouclair boutique for free, or contact our customer service team to arrange a courier pickup for larger furniture pieces.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your order confirmation inside the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
